E100 Excavation Contractor License: Utah’s highest-level excavation contractor designation, covering the full scope of earthwork, grading, and underground utility work required on public projects.

Insurance: Full general liability, workers’ compensation, and equipment coverage. Certificates of insurance are provided as required by contract specifications.
